Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

~The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.            ~You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to request a return authorization.                                                                                                                              ~The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

~Custom or personalized orders                                                                                              ~Items that have been used or damaged after delivery                                                        ~Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please note: Because every Artfully Grounded creation is handmade, slight variations in color, shimmer, or pattern are part of the artistic process and make each piece truly one of a kind. These natural variations are not considered defects.
